High Five Snowboard Camps

This summer, we will be running two sessions of 8 day long adultspecificcamps on the Blackcomb Glacier in beautiful Whistler, BC. Freestyle training with coaches who ride, and coach in the park everyday. All of our on-hill training sessions will be in the world famous COC terrain park where there is a perfectly manicured feature for anything you can imagine.

Video Analysis:

There is no better way to learn new tricks, and develop your own style then to see your riding on film. At High Five Camp we are huge believers in video analysis. We’ve spent many years filming snowboarding, and even more time going through that footage analyzing technique and dialing in tricks.

During your time at camp you will have many opportunities to try your tricks in front of the lens. Then after we come off the glacier we’ll look through the footage with you and see what works, and what you can work on.

At the end of the session you get all of your footage from the week. You can even have it edited into a promo vid or just something to show your friends.

The Glacier:

The Horstman glacier on Blackcomb has been a summer snowboard Mecca for over 20 years. Tucked behind the 7^th Heaven chair you’ll find the most perfectly formed terrain you’ve ever ridden. The COC park has a feature for every trick you can think of. Up rail, down rail, jump on, ride on. Step up, step down, and roll over, under, or around. If you can dream up a trick there is a feature to do it on.

Accommodation:

While at camp you will be staying right in the heart of the village. Only a few minutes walk from everything, including the chair to the glacier. You’ll be staying in duel occupancy condo style unites complete with kitchenette, and living area.
